About Us
Priority Appliance Service provides service and repair for Whirlpool appliances.
Priority Appliance Service is Vancouver’s go-to business for Whirlpool repairs, so we know a thing or two about Whirlpool appliances. Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:
If your Whirlpool front load washer is starting to smell like mold or mildew, it may require a good cleaning. To clean your Whirlpool front load washer, run the “Clean Washer” cycle. Check the dispenser drawer for detergent build-up and clean it with warm water and a soft cloth if necessary.
To prevent smells:
A firmly sealed door is necessary for your Whirlpool refrigerator to maintain a steady temperature and perform efficiently. If the door isn’t sealing properly, ensure sure nothing is blocking it.
Next, check the door gaskets for damage and/or debris. If you notice dirt or other particles on your door gasket, use a soft cloth and warm water to remove the residue. If your door gaskets are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
If your dishes are still wet after a dishwasher cycle, you may need to add rinse aid to your routine. Rinse aid prevents water from clinging to your dishes and helps it slide off easily. Rinse aid not only improves drying but also protects your glasses from etching and helps break down particles that might cause clogs in your dishwasher.
Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you in scheduling a service call, either in person or online. Please provide your appliance brand name, model & serial number if possible, and a good description of the trouble. Having an accurate model and serial number allows our technicians to come better prepared, saving everyone time and money!
