They were great - responsive and professional, and trouble shooted a difficult fix. When doing the repair the technicians identified other issues with our microwave installation to be mindful about. Would absolutely call them again for any appliance issues.

Dave Jaklin and his team from Priority Appliance - was absolutely incredible. I had a scheduled repair service for the 9th of the month, but they were in my area on another job earlier in the month. Dave called and asked if I would be available since they were already in the area, and they were able to squeeze my repair in earlier than scheduled.

Prompt and professional service provided by technician Shawn Han. Even provided me with a courtesy call a day before the service to let me know what time he would be arriving.
